Once again you’ll be working in class on your book covers and interior spreads. In the last class, there were varying degrees of accomplishment and progress. Those who had more thumbnails and typographic experiments were in better shape than those who just had one or two roughs. Crit will be March 10, one week later, so for this class you should have substantial work done on your illustration and design.

Feel free to bring your laptops to class or you can work in the Computer Cluster across the hall. We can look at ways to customize set type, some general rules of text type and any other needed digital aspects of your book jackets and double page spreads.
